Week in review w/ Therapeasy HQ
May 4 – 8, 2020
The goal this week was to make sure that all the backend systems were in place to manage our new users. This is done.
Work
Well, we made it through our first full week post launch! We are continuing to onboard new providers and now focusing on the consumer side. More to come on that next week.
We worked on internal processes to manage new users, and will continue to use Sendgrid to automate as much communication as possible.
Data is very important to us, so I invested quite a bit of time cleaning up our database in a way that allows for the creation of some initial dashboards.
Next week I’ll spend some time on our sales KPI’s, which I want to set weekly.

Read : Projected Deaths of Despair from COVID-19 report by wellbeingtrust.org
Watched : binged the entire Azam Jaafri youtube channel. Not that many videos, but they were all super well produced.
Listened : finished season 1 of the StartUp Podcast
Learned : never miss an opportunity
Mental Check : in need of some energy
Tool I’m Loving : We used crowdcast.io as the platform to host our launch party, and I was really impressed with the post event metrics that they produce. Really easy to understand and useful dashboards, and their best feature was a .csv export that included everything!
Out + About : our virtual launch party was a success! We were honored to have Dr. Ben Miller speak as our special guest, and celebrated Therapeasy’s launch with ~100 friends, family, and guests. Now it’s time to get back to work.
