The goal this week remained unchanged, I’m still focusing on preparing for launch day, May 1, 2020. I’m aware that my goal is quite broad, but there are so many things still to do that I don’t feel like I could narrow it. The countdown is on, and my stress levels have been hitting the weights and getting stronger.

Work

I’m pretty happy that we have finalized our pricing, you can find it here:

We also were able to blaze through quite a bit of dev work, a lot of user flow and internal process decisions.

We published an article that Christine wrote about her personal therapy journey, and I’m very pleased with how it came out. Feel free to leave any feedback.

Our early adopter program has been doing well, with some very promising engagement. We have been able to exceed our original target, but I’m still going to be hitting it hard these last 3 weeks leading up to launch day.

The challenge with any two-sided “marketplace” is with the chicken and egg scenario. This is why I’ve been so focused on growing our early adopters so that we can hit the ground running.

We have an interesting potential partnership meeting next week and a very interesting meeting set towards the end of the month to discuss a potentially HUGE partnership with a national EAP network. More to come on that later.

Other Stuff

Read : very honest a raw article about how the current pandemic is creating a mental health pandemic, which will last much longer than COVID.

Watched : I’ve been working my way through The Office yet again with the wifey. It never fails to make me laugh out loud.

Listened : caught up on the Invent Health Virtual Conference that I missed, and was able to hear from Ginger.io + BetterHelp CEO’s on the current state of affairs and how much their user base has increase due to COVID.

Learned : currently learning the secrets about SEO from Hubspot Academy

Mental Check : energized

Tool I’m Loving : I’ve used various web hosting tools over the years from Wordpress, flavors.me, Shopify, Squarespace, to others that I can’t even remember. But honestly Wix has been my favorite so far, which is what we’re using for our current website, until we launch our platform on May 1st. It’s easy to use, and comes with the most beautiful interfaces that I’ve seen.

Out + About : oh just a quick trip to the grocery store…

Dart looks terrified

Therapeasy is an online platform designed to help people get quickly connected to the right mental health provider.
